1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Latrobe Pinboard, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of the Service
Latrobe Pinboard is a community-oriented directory where eligible local businesses may submit a business-card listing for review and possible publication. The service is provided to help people find local businesses; it is not a marketplace, endorsement service, or guarantee of any business or transaction.
3. Eligibility
You must be able to enter into these Terms and must submit listings only for a business that serves Latrobe, Unity, or an immediately surrounding community. You must have authority to submit the business information and image you provide.
4. Accounts and Authentication
Google Sign-In is used to authenticate users who submit or manage listings. You are responsible for activity associated with your authenticated account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that submitted information is accurate, current, lawful, and not misleading. You must update or request removal of information that is no longer accurate.
6. Acceptable Use
Use the service only for legitimate local business listings and related account activity. Treat other users, businesses, and the community respectfully.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not submit content that is false, deceptive, unlawful, infringing, abusive, discriminatory, obscene, invasive of privacy, or otherwise harmful. You may not attempt to bypass review, publish your own listing without approval, interfere with the service, misuse authentication, upload malware, or access data or accounts that do not belong to you.
8. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of the business information and images you submit. By submitting content, you grant Latrobe Pinboard a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, review, reproduce, adapt for technical display, and publicly display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, and promote the listing through the service.
9. Content Ownership and Licenses
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content and grant the limited license above. Latrobe Pinboard’s name, logo, site design, and original service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be used without permission except as permitted by law.
10. Moderation and Content Removal
All listings are subject to review before publication. Latrobe Pinboard may decline, edit for technical display, remove, or restrict content that does not meet these Terms or the purpose of the service. We are not required to publish any submission and do not guarantee a review or publication timeframe.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
We may limit or suspend access to the service when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or the community, or when these Terms are violated. You may stop using the service at any time.
12. Intellectual Property
Except for user-submitted content and third-party materials, the service and its original content are owned by Latrobe Pinboard or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of the service or permission to copy, modify, distribute, or exploit it beyond normal use.
13. Third-Party Services
The service uses third-party providers, including Google for authentication, Supabase for backend services, and Netlify for hosting. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
14. Service Availability and Changes
We may change, maintain, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
15. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Listings are submitted by businesses or their representatives. Latrobe Pinboard does not warrant the accuracy, quality, safety, legality, or availability of listed businesses, products, services, or information.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Latrobe Pinboard and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
17. Account and Data Deletion
You may sign out at any time. To request deletion of a listing or account association, contact support@keystonedigital.app. Requests are reviewed in accordance with operational, security, and legal obligations.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
